Stumble Inn....

One of the highlights of our summer is going up to my Uncle Rob's camp, Stumble Inn, on Sebec Lake. It is always a fun time to catch up with my cousins, do some kayaking, play silly card games, laugh at the Moody family humor and enjoy God's beautiful creation.
Kristy on Renee's very tippy kayak- she wanted an open faced one so that she would be ambushed by any spiders!!
Dad
Ah...the lovely lake

Kristy with some hollywood patriotism. : )
Le Captain!
"Hollah!" Luna the Loon with her flipper in the air.
One of the most beautiful things about camp is the sunsets!
Uncle Rob sporting his fancy spectacles- classy!

The view of the camp from the water.
One of the best memories this year- fishin' with the guys.
Uncle Rob's huge pickerel
Dad's phsycadellic lure.
Ethan caught a fish and took it off the hook himself (with some coaching from Grampa) for the first time!

Kristy
I've been told that I'm not allowed to make this face around eligible young men.
That's better, so I'm told. : )

Pip lovin' the water
Nana Kayaking- it's amazing the things she makes herself do with the little lung capacity she has! She's such an inspiration in that regard! Perseverance!
Picturesque Maine, doncha think?
Me and some of my boys!
Marshall???? Are you in there??
I love this photo of Mom and Ti
Boating adventures!
The female osprey guarding her nest.
Le Captain, again!
Marshall and Daddy enjoying the ride until....
these rather ominous clouds spoiled our fun.
Mom tries to take cover at Dad's expense. The Drama unfolds...

Cute little Sunny Blue

Titus exclaims, "Y'all come back now, ya hear!"

I really like your first image Amanda, it uses a lot of the techniques that we have talked about in the photography class. I also think that It is a very creative image, the perspective is great, the colors are quite nice, and the lighting/aperture is perfect for the image you created.

This is an example of a well made photograph.
